What a website usually costs

Most agencies

$5,000

Up front, before anything is live.

LoopLogic

$150 a month

Starting today. Nothing up front.

It clears like a phone bill instead of a cheque you save up for.

What $150 a month gets you

Custom design

Built for your business, not picked off a shelf of templates.

Your own domain

Registered in your business name from day one. It stays yours.

Fast hosting

Your site is plain HTML, so it loads quickly and stays up.

1 hour of changes a month

If something about your business changes, it changes on your site.

What counts as a change

New phone numberPrice changePhotos from last week's job

Text me and it's live the same day.

Need more than an hour in a month? $150/hour after that, in half-hour increments. Same as a month of your website.

What the work looks like

The Top Grade Landscaping homepage, showing a finished hardscaping job under the heading Landscapes Built On Quality, with a Get A Quote button.

Top Grade Landscaping

Landscaping and hardscaping, Chilliwack, BC

Dylan was winning commercial contracts and had nowhere to send a prospect to look at finished work.

A static site that loads fast on a phone and puts the finished jobs first.

A residential landscaper moving into commercial work now has somewhere to send people.

How it works

  1. 1

    A 15-minute call

You tell me what you do and who you want calling you. I'll tell you straight if a website is the wrong spend right now.

  2. 2

I build it, you look at it

You get a real site to click through, not a drawing of one. Tell me what's wrong and I'll change it.

  3. 3

    Live in about 2 weeks

Then it's $150 a month, starting the day your site goes live.

About two weeks from the first call to a live website, and nothing to pay until it's up.

Straight answers

Do I own it?
Your domain is registered in your business name on day one and it stays yours. After the first year the website is yours as well, files and content, the lot.
How long is the term?
One year, then month to month.
Who fixes it when it breaks?
I do, and that is what the monthly covers. Send me a message and it gets sorted.
What if I cancel?
Cancel after the first year and you keep the website. You get the files, the content, and a free hour of my time to put it on hosting that costs you nothing and hand you the logins.
What if an invoice is late?
Invoices unpaid past 30 days pause the site until they are settled.

Your site is plain HTML. It isn't trapped on my servers and it never needs an agency to keep it online.

Who you're dealing with

Aaron Reibin

I'm Aaron. I live in the Thompson-Nicola and I build websites for businesses around here. Mostly trades, mostly one to three people.

I answer my own phone. Call me in a year about a broken link and you get me, not a ticket number.

I came to this sideways, from building financial and operating systems for other people's businesses.

Your site runs on the same infrastructure I built for a provincial finance department's records migration. It's overkill for a two-person contracting outfit. You get it anyway.

What comes up afterwards

Once the website is running, the conversation usually turns to something else.

Invoices going out late. Equipment nobody has counted in two years. Quotes rebuilt from scratch every time, and numbers that live in someone's head instead of on a report.

That is the other half of what I do.

$150 a month. Nothing upfront.

Tell me what your business does and I'll show you what your site would look like.
